Backup HSS/Shared Services Schema

How do you backup the HSS/Shared Services Schema? What are the steps and where is it found?  In reading some other blogs/documents, there is supposed to be a backup.bat file provided with Hyperion Shared Services and reads that the file is located under %HYPERION HOME%\products\foundation\server\scripts, but I'm unable to find this directory?  The version I'm trying to do this in is v11.1.2.3.x.

Issue is that I'm receiving the following error message when trying to access Smart View within our Dev environment.  The error reads:

     Cluster name specified [EssbaseCluster-1] is invalid

     Do you want to connect with username/password?
