Inventory org under same OU moved to new legal entity

Currently we have 2 operating units (say OU1 and OU2)  sharing the same legal entity (LE1). There is one inv org (IO1) under OU1 and another inv org (IO2) under OU2.

We want to create a new legal entity (LE2) and attach OU2 under LE2.

Can the same Inventory Org (IO2) be used as before? Is there any impact when IO2 under OU2 moved to LE2?
