The Summary Account for this detailed account fails budgetary control

Hi

We are trying to post a journal with amount from one detail account to another. The Posting request shows error "Summary Account for this detailed account fails budgetary control"

and displays the Summary Account in the log.

Please suggest what can be done and how to verify.

ACCOUNT                                                                   DEBIT                     CREDIT

001-9310-9310-626015.00001.01.01.00001               -------                         72594.38

001-9310-9310-626050-00001.01.01.00001               72594.38                  ---------            

User says he is trying to take amount from the 2nd line and post it to first line.Not sure if the Credit and debit is being used correctly as the 2nd line account has sufficient funds
