Corrupt Data in Demantra - Inventory Organization N/A

We use Demantra for Demand Planning.

We collect data from Oracle ASCP and load it to Demantra to create forecasts.

We have 5 Operating Units having 1 Inventory Organization each.

Since last month, I can see some data in our Demantra Application for Inventory Organization - N/A

N/A Inv. Org was created (I believe) at the time of installation of Demantra in 2008 (we went live in 2012); this is based on t_ep_ls1 table details. Also, this N/A has IS_FICTIVE value 2 (I suppose Yes)

I can see data in location table where t_ep_ls1_ep_id = 1 (corresponding to N/A), whereas the customer and organization details are for valid values.
