Limit TCA Searches to Valid Values?

Sorry if AR isn't the right place to post this, but I don't know quite where it fits and AR customer data is obviously TCA related.

My company is adding a sister company to our R12.1.3 environment. This means a completely separate business group/LE/Ledger/OU/etc. than the existing company on the instance.


We want all of the TCA data (customers, suppliers) to be completely hidden from users by business group. For example, users using a responsibility linked to business group A (or operating unit A?) shouldn't see parties or accounts that only have valid sites/site uses in "B". I can't quite see how Oracle expects you to do this, as accounts/parties don't have organizations.
