unable to start Weblogic server

Hi Experts,

We Installed the Weblogic server10.3..6.0  in AIX Server 7.1 with Java version Java7_64 so we start facing the issue to login in EM console but get link from support install the Java 7 SR 6 to work properly so we installed the same and configured in the setDomainEnv.sh file and commnEnv.sh file of wlserver_10.3/common/bin directory and now facing this issue, please advise how to resolve this issue.
