Not able to terminate contract due to change request -- cannot find change request for contract

Hi All,

We are not able to terminate a particular contract, error is coming as ''You cannot modify this contract now because a change request is active'.

As per the note 213738.1, I have tried to Stop Approve/Complete change request associated with this contract. But no change request is appearing in history window of contract.

Please provide Oracle supported fix for this. Find attached screenshots for this.
