Insertions in S_DOCK_TXN_LOG

Hi experts i need to disable the logging in S_DOCK_TXN_LOG table . For that i have done all the changes like making Docking:Transaction Logging to false

and shutting down the components transaction processor, transaction merger, transaction router,synchronization manager but still insertions is taking place.

Am i missing something ?
