SL8500 SSD not opening to the right

Hi There

The SSD on the tape library does not open to the right side. No issues with the left side. When the key is turned the "WAIT LED" will go on but nothing happens. the LED will stay on even if the key is turned back after 5 minutes. The main must be opened to replace the robot.

I could not find any errors in the logs. SLC also display no error for the SSD.

Any information will be appreciated.
