OVR/Weblogic service not coming up, stuck at "AdminServer.log is opened. All server side log events

Hi All,

We had issues with disk space of OVR/Weblogic server and the ...domains\bifoundation_domain\servers\AdminServer\data\ldap\log\EmbeddedLDAP says the below.

[22/Feb/2016 11:05:14 AST] ERROR - TransactionLog: Error writing 'cn=urn@Lbea@Lxacml@L2.0@Lentitlement@Lresource@Ltype@AE@AFejb@AG@AM@AOapplication@AEwsm-pm@AM@AOmodule@AEwsm-pmserver-wls.jar@AM@AOejb@AEPolicyService@AM@AOmethod@AEcheckCompatibility@AM@AOmethodInterface@AERemote@AM@AOsignature@AE@AVjava.lang.String@AMoracle.wsm.policy.model.IPolicySubject@AMjava.util.List@AW+xacmlVersion=1.0,ou=Policies,ou=XACMLAuthorization,ou=myrealm,dc=bifoundation_domain' MODIFY to Transaction Log: There is not enough space on the disk

When I restarted OVR services it was stuck at this point
