Smartview 11.1.2.3.000 and Office 2010

Hi,

We currently have EPM 11.1.2.3.500 and Smartview 11.1.2.3.000. One of our business unit migrated to IE11 and Office 2013 which are not compatible with our Smartview version. In order to assist the HFM users of this business unit, virtual machines running only Windows 7, IE10 and Office 2010.

Even after this though, we still have users whose Internet explorer or smartview is crashing causing them to lose work.

Is there any best practices or list of troubleshooting tips so we can prevent our users from having issues with this software ?
