Requisition approval using AME with final-1 and final Job Level

Hello AME and PO gurus,

We would like to implement a PO requisition approval using AME and employee-supervisor hierarchy with Jobs and Approval Authority Levels.

The requirements for the approval are as follows:

1.  Approval should go first to the direct subordinate of the final approver with the right limit and then only to this final approver himself.

2.  All the skipped approvers should receive a FYI only.

We were trying with absolute job/supervisory level Action Types, but not able to achieve this as the Approver/FYI is defined for the whole Rule. How to defeine a Rule having the final-1 and final approver only?
