Issues/Bugs Fixed when upgrading from Oracle EBS CWB 12.1.3 to 12.2.0

Hello,

We upgraded recently to 12.1.3 and found it unstable for our system. Is upgrading to 12.2.0 recommended? There are many issues regarding this version, for example, Bug 16417003 - LOOPING ISSUE WITH CWB: PARTICIPATION PROCESS.
