How to add service request attachments to a closed task.

This is possible in 11i however, we have not found a solution that allows this in R12.1.3 We need to be able to add service request attachments to a closed task in both MFS Laptop or Field Service Technician Portal. preferably both although we could possible live with being able to do it in FSTP.

Is there a profile option or some other configuration setting?
