LCM failed to load import format

Dear experts,

We are tring to restore FDMEE with LCM on the same enviroment. All the other artifacts were imported, except import format. After we restored system with LCM, the import format source segment mapping can't be seen in the import format page. The FDMEE version is 11.1.2.4.100.  We found the TBHVIMPITEMADAPTER table is empty.Could you tell us how to fix it?
