Deployments Application Modules are failing Weblogic Version 10.3.6.0.12

Hi

Weblogic Version: 10.3.6.0.12

OS: Windows Server 2008 R2

I successfully created Weblogic Admin Server Windows Services and able to run the without any issue.

But after post validation we I could find that Application Modules under Deployment i.e. DMS Application(11.1.1.1.0), em and wsil-wls are in failed status. However, when I manually run the weblogic via Start --> Programs I don't find below issue.

Since, created the windows services so redirect the lot file in -stdout. In the log I can see that some issue is related to Security and file not found but I am unable to figure out how and where to check all these.
