Acme Packet and Exchange 2013 UM

I am trying to get a configuration setup for a large Microsoft Exchange 2013 unified messaging install.  This install has several CAS and Mailbox servers.  Are there any good configuration documents available?  I have an issue with a refer getting sent back to a UA and it is not fixed with refer-call-transfer enabled.
