How to calculate the Consumed Qty via SQL - PF level

Hi

we are getting issue while deriving the consumed Qty value based on msc_forecast_update and msc_sales_orders tables.

For example: PF#1209313, and cumulative consumed shows as 3116 (in the workbench)

When comparing consumption with msc_sales_orders it is not matching

sample data attached

What is mean by resvervation_type in msc_sales_orders?
