Can Cancel Button at the end of an assessment be renamed?

Hello,

We think the screenshot below is 100% out of the box functionality.  It is has been proposed to change the Cancel button to Close Window or something, because some are confused as to what they are cancelling.  There do not appear to be any personalization links on this page.  Can we modify this in any way?
