I have thought of adding a Menu Message to remind users, but they open the application in the morning and stay in the application all day adding orders - so they only see the message once each day.

I have also thought of using a Sales Order Template, but we would need to set up a template for every customer and this would be far too much maintenance.

I thought of adding it through a basket reprice process but we have multiple codes for pallets and wouldn't know which one applied.

Am I missing a trick here?  I am just asking to ensure that I have covered all the bases.
