JDE 9.0 (CA Payroll) - Payroll register (R073012) Taxable amount not matching with Fed Tax Distribut

In JDE 9.0 - Payroll register (R073012) Total Taxable amount generated in report is not matching with Ca Fed tax amount in Fed Tax Distribution Summary report (R773170C). Until last week it was matching. What could be the reason and how it could be resolved ?
