"Error in OCM configuration." in patch apply log.

Hi, experts

I am applying patch#14374587 which listed in Note:437878.1.

Below error shows in my log:

Error in OCM configuration.

Oracle Configuration Manager has been installed but not configured.

OCM enables Oracle to provide superior, proactive support for our customers.

Oracle strongly recommends customers configure OCM. To complete the

Can I ignore above output, since at the last the log shows "OPatch succeeded."
