How to automatically close for invoicing fully billed and paid PO?

Hi,

Anyone who can help me how to automatically close the PO for invoicing once it's paid and fully billed. Please see screenshot below where you see I was able to invoice and pay twice the same PO. It however did not allow invoicing for the 3rd time.  i don't want the system to allow this because it results to overbilling and overpayment.
