Unable to view service request details in IB

HI,

We recently upgraded to 12.2.4. When trying to click on the service request detials, the following error occurs

"You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the system administrator for assistance."

The IBU and CSI roles are assigned to the user who is trying to view the SR.
