Error on generating report from icon

Getting below error when trying to generate report from the icon.

HTTP Internet Exception during '<?>': '<?>', code: '<?>'(SBL-EAI-04116).

However same report if I am trying to generate from Order submission by calling workflow, its working fine and report is also getting generated.Please let me know what could be the reason and how to resolve this.
