how to add employees to timekeeper group based on operating units in otl oracle

Please find below requirement details

I have created a Custom OTL Timekeeper responsiblity for US.

When I tried to assign employees to the group,It is showing all employees in the LOV.

My requirement is to show only employees belong to US Operating Units.

Appreciate if anyone can help
