Create Provision for terminated employees

Hi,

We are using JDE Ent 1 Release 9.1

We have a requirement here where in for some terminated employees we want to calculate the insurance provision for certain amount of months. Does JDE allows us to do this?

Here in Saudi Arabia, EXPAT employees work under sponsorship process. Once a employee is terminated and till he find another job his sponsorship lies with our company and once he gets the job his sponsorship is transferred to new employer. Till his sponsorship remains with us we want to calculate his insurance provision.
