Regarding enable zoom by CUSTOM.pll

Hi

we developed some custom forms in R11i and upgraded the system from R11i to R12.1.3 recently.

After upgrade,by using CUSTOM.pll to enable the ZOOM button,we found on some of custom forms,

zoom button get enabled.But on more than 10 custom forms,zoom button Is Greyed Out.

seeded forms don't have such issue.

Modify the CUSTOM Library

But I still can not find the root cause of it.

Could you please share me your advice on why zoom button can not be enable on some of custom form.
