How to load poisson look up data(measure) into RPAS 14.1

Hi All,

Can any one knows how to load poisson lookup data (measure) (srx_poidst.txt) into RPAS 14.1. I dig out in the operation and implementation guide but I couldn't get any specific guide for this.
