Supply Locator in "Backflush controls" tab is disable in WIP Parameters

Hi Experts,

For some of the Orgs/Subinventories, Supply Locator in "Backflush controls" tab is disable in WIP Parameters. Locator control is in subinventory level & it is set to prespecified.

Pls suggest.
