Prod server cpu load average show very high 7-8 minimum.

Dear Experts,

on my PROD server suddenly since yesterday 5pm load average is increased and  now its not going to down. my all work is going  fine all requests are completed normally.

but i cant understand  why the load average too much high. which process is using high cpu.

i have check all there is no any issue in alter log file. there is no any pending request on the instance.

please suggest how can i find out the region and solve the issue.

for the reference i have attached the screen shot.

database - 11.1.0.7

ebs-R12.1.3

os - linux 6 (64 bit)
