Payable Responsibility - Create accounting issues Permanent solution - reg

Payable Responsibility -  i had work with oracle ebs from(2005) 11i  to 12.1.3 (current),  invoice and payment the create accounting issue accordingly it came.  We faced lot of issues against for the create accounting and timely this is not work properly. Related with the issues we faced  year end and month end activity.  My request is once  the user done the entry and system automatically update the accounting entry by default., if the user not done the process system should take care to update the entry thru by concurrent as per schedules..  some time both of them error out and
