Error SBL-UIF-00326 Encountered When Trying to Display, then Delete File from Siebel File System

Hi,  We have developed an integration flow that links out-of-the-box Siebel file attachment functionality with a FileNET instance via web services.  When the user wants to display a file attachment from Siebel, they drilldown on the attachment name field which calls a Siebel outbound web service that returns the requested file from FIleNET as a base64 encoded string.  Using out of the box funcitonality, the base64 encoded file is converted to a SAF file and stored in the Siebel file system, then displayed to the user from there.  Once it is displayed, the file is deleted using a business service
