Dear All, We are using Siebel IP 2014 with PS 14 now. We are having problems with the email response

Dear All, We are using Siebel IP 2014 with PS 14 now. We are having problems with the email response screen where if the user clicks on any field, the entire body wipes out. The user preference set to Plain Text.

Anybody faced similar issue?
