We are planning to integrate Advanced Pricing with Charges tab of Service Request. Any pointer in this regard will be helpful.

Current Process: We enter all information in Service Request, charges tab and then do a custom pricing which in-turn creates a sales order...fetch price and update the price in charges tab.

To-Be Process: We would like to directly price from Charges tab ( to avoid sales order creation)

Pls let me know your thoughts.
