How do you set up Unit of Measures for Yard Management? I set up unit of measures in the associated

I am in the process of doing an installation of Yard Management.  I have already completed the yard configuration, dock door association but when I get to creating equipment types I have a problem.  The Dimension, Volume and Weight unit of measure lookups are empty.  I understood that YMS got these values from the associated inventory organization.  What did I miss?
