Disable Lot attributes in telnet for Receiving.

In Oracle R12.2.4 we are having a issue where the Lot attributes form needs to be disabled in telnet for Receiving. 

when the users are trying to perform receiving in telnet.  Inbound --> Receive --> PO after entering the Lot number , the lot attributes form is showing up.

I need to disable this DFF.

I tried to do it through MWA Personalization by going to RCV.LINE_DFF and making the rendered field as False and Display Inline as False but it didn`t work
