ACA -P08119 - missing self insured indicator in upload grid - any workaround?

ALE has a medical self insured plan,  We have to import over employee records 36000 records from all other operating unit  that is not reside in E1.  When we used P08119 to load the offer and coverage data, we noticed that the self insured flag is not in the grid.  Is there any way or work around we can mark the import of all the non-E1 EE offer and coverage records without doing it one-by-one after the loading?

Is there any plan to include the self-insured indicator (AGEPSC) in the import grid?
