Worker is failing at zxmigrateprdopt.sql

Hi,

  We are upgrading from 11.5.9 to r12, As a part of upgrade i am applying r12.1 updrage driver. But in middle worker is failing at zxmigrateprdopt.sql. when i checked the log i can see

ERROR at line 1:

ORA-04063: package body "APPS.ZX_PRD_OPTIONS_MIGRATE_PKG" has errors

ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called:

"APPS.ZX_PRD_OPTIONS_MIGRATE_PKG"

ORA-06512: at line 6


Above error. I have found "R12 Upgrade: Script zxmigrateprdopt.sql Fails with Error - ORA-04063: Package Body "APPS.ZX_PRD_OPTIONS_MIGRATE_PKG" Has Errors (Doc ID 1627791.1)" Doc id which is recommending to apply 8969799 patch. But we are on 11.5.9 and for 11.5.9 patch is not available.
