WMS MWA Task Stuck in loaded status & unable to proceed/back order

Dear Experts,

Its WMS enabled org and there is delivery line not able to back order since Task status showing as loaded. Also not able to unload or complete the task through MWA.

Getting below error while trying to back order from Move order screen

"Move order line could not be back ordered. Rolling back the changes Active or Loaded Tasks exist for the Move Order Line"

Pls suggest.
