Lease Sales

Dear ,

Please guide me that how we can handle the complete lease process in Fixed Assets to Lease sales. Like as per the our scenario the ABC company sold some items to XYZ company which are the under property for the ABC company under the 5 year lease payment will be complete.

Please advise : these lease items we need to create in for Fixed Assets books under the Lease and what will be the depreciation treatment.

Second : How to makes the lease sales order means very month invoice for the lease assets.
