Requirement for Advance Process
We are using Oracle Teleservice and Field service modules for the Automotive service center
Customer needs to pay advance payment in some scenario against the estimates he accepted. When the Customer comes for service for his vehicle, he pays some advance. How should we handle this?
Requirement of Goodwill
1. It is like our business have some customers who they treat as GOODWILL customers and from them they don't charge even the warranty is expired against there Vehicles. They do the service or Parts changes at free of cost.
