R12.2.5 RUP patch failing with error "Unable to find appltop_id for host in database"

Hello All

Environment

Oracle Linux 5.11 (x86-64), Oracle eBS fresh installation.

Currently upgrading from R12.2.0 to 12.2.5.

Issue Summary

I have recently installed a new R12.2.0 instance and now in a process of upgrading to 12.2.5.

Prior to running the 12.2.5 RUP, I had completed all the steps listed under MOS Doc Id 1617461.1 for AD and TXK Packs. I have also executed phase 5 of 'Migrate Latest Code to Database Tier', which includes generating a new appsutil then running AutoConfig for both DB and Apps Tiers. There were no errors until this stage.

All the way I have been following MOS Doc Id 1983050.1, and followed the Section 8(A) for applying 12.2.5 RUP. But I am getting follwing errors in patch log after its almost completed applying the patch.
