Scheduled concurrent requests missing in clone

Hi,

we have a problem concerning scheduled requests in production not running in freshly cloned instances. During cloning, we run 'EXEC FND_CONC_CLONE.SETUP_CLEAN;' and I'm not sure whether this clears eg. fnd_conc_release_classes.

We are running EBS 12.1.3 and according to Doc ID 1061218.1, Patch 12747284 will fix a very similar issue. My question is whether the issue discussed Doc ID 1061218.1 is actually the same thing we are seeing in fresh clones.
