Enter date manually causing issue

Hi Team ,

We are facing one issue where a user trying to enter date manually on date field without using the select button(which shows the dates to select).The date not got saved and which is specific to one user.

Note : User and we are using google chrome browser on same citrix machine . we are not getting the issue for the same test.

Please let me know why user having the issue if we are on same machine.
