Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. How to add new field for Correspondence

Hi Experts,

We are creating new fields to add to Correspondence templates.

We have created new field in Recipients BC and add the Field Business component User Property.

But still we couldn't get the field in the template properly.

Please advise us or provide any document available.
