Hyperion Planning Upgrade

Hi all,

I want to know if it is possible to use the FormDefUtil export utility to export all the webforms from an Hyperion Planning 3.5.1 application to import using the import utility directly to the Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.4 application. It is basicaly xml files right? Or am i missing something?
