Mail not sent to user
Hi Team ,
We are always getting the issue related to notification mails were not sent to user as per the action.
I want to know from you that , how do we confirm that is the mails were sent successfully from our side(Siebel server) or not.
Please let us know which are the ways to find the issue and how many situations the mail would not sent to recipient.
