receipt created invalid related entry error for XLA period Close Exception error

Subledger Period close exception report is showing a lot of receipts with Invalid Related Entry error for event Receipt Created. I ran the diagnostic report for receivables and the distribution and XLA data looks ok. Is this an SR with Oracle or do I need to do something in AR?
