Concurrent Program Output is taking long time to download

Hi, I have a custom report developed in Oracle Reports by giving the output type as xml and default output type as Excel. When user submitted the report, it has generated a output file of size 37 mb.

When we clicked on view output taking 6 mins to download the entire output into Excel.

Any ideas or suggestions please.
